With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).
A day in the life.
This is a hybrid position, based out of our Location office, that may require in person client facing meetings.
As our Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you’ll
- Manage annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis
- Manage strategic planning, renewal & marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients
- Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors
- Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients, providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts
- Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues
- Develop/simplify benefit guides

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license
- At least 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with EPIC
