This is What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and report to support IT Organizations
• Connect and integrate data from various sources, including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Create efficient data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather reporting requirements
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and governance
• Support dashboard deployment, security, and user adoption
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is What it Takes

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience developing business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification preferred
• Relevant business intelligence, data analytics, or cloud platform certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Position works in-office at the corporate location
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods
• Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators (if applicable)
• Ability to travel up to 20% via airplane or vehicle (if applicable)
• Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication
