Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server Services, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365 (O365), VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for assigned projects. The BSA will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements by interviewing stakeholders and evaluating current business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs, processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Perform data analysis and develop recommendations based on findings.
- Design solutions and prepare detailed technical and functional requirements.
- Support the testing, implementation, and validation of technology solutions.
- Conduct research and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Services teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
- Ensure project assignments are completed on time and meet business and technical requirements.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) Productivity Suite.
- Hands-on experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple project assignments.
