Duties
- Identify and prospect new clients within the construction industry, utilizing CRM software and Salesforce Cloud to track leads and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on enterprise selling and client base expansion
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction
- Lead negotiations, deal closing, and contract discussions with prospective clients to secure new business partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that showcase AI-driven construction solutions and generate leads
- Manage project pipelines from initial outreach through deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and strategic planning
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, technical teams, and product development to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development management within the construction or AI sectors, with a track record of successful deal closing and client relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud features relevant to enterprise sales processes
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement, negotiation, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients through various channels including cold outreach and networking events
