Outreach & Relationship Coordinator (Part-Time)

All United Cleaning & Maintenance is a commercial cleaning company serving apartment communities, HOAs, condominiums, and commercial properties throughout Southern California. We are actively involved in local chambers of commerce, networking groups, and industry associations, building relationships with property managers and decision-makers.

We're looking for an outgoing, professional, and highly personable individual to represent our company at networking events and help us build valuable relationships that lead to new business opportunities.

Position Overview

As our Outreach & Relationship Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be representing All United Cleaning & Maintenance at chamber events, networking functions, property management industry events, and association meetings.

This is not a sales position focused on cold selling. Instead, your role is to create genuine relationships, strengthen our presence in the community, and open doors for future business opportunities.

We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, and building trust.

Responsibilities

• Attend chamber of commerce events, networking mixers, industry events, and association meetings
• Represent All United Cleaning & Maintenance professionally and positively
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, board members, and industry professionals
• Exchange contact information and collect qualified leads
• Schedule walkthroughs and introductory meetings with qualified prospects
• Coordinate lunch-and-learn opportunities with property management companies
• Follow up with contacts after events via email, phone, LinkedIn, or text
• Maintain notes and relationship updates in our CRM
• Provide a summary report after each event attended

Monthly Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Attendance at assigned networking events
• Minimum of 25 new contacts added monthly
• 3-5 qualified property manager walkthroughs scheduled per month
• 2 lunch-and-learn opportunities scheduled per month
• Consistent relationship-building and follow-up activity
• Positive representation of the company brand

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and dependable
• Experience in networking, customer service, hospitality, marketing, business development, or sales is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available to attend morning, afternoon, and occasional evening events

Compensation

• $120 flat rate per networking event attended
• Additional commission on closed deals generated from relationships and opportunities you help create
• Flexible part-time schedule
