- Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and departmental meetings.
- Manage a schedule and establish priorities according to patient and agency needs.
3. Professional Development & Quality
- This section covers the continuous learning, certification, and quality improvement activities required for the position.
- Complete all necessary continuing education, workshops, and in-services (e.g., Infection Control).
- Complete approved State of Kansas training, including Person-Centered Case Manager (PCCM) training.
- Participate actively in the organization's Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
