Such care and supervision will be in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations and as outlined in established policies and procedures at Methodist Senior Services, to maximize fulfilling the care-giving needs of residents. The person(s) holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
At least two years experience working in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care institution, with training or experience implementing total patient care and care planning, and in making sound nursing judgments; will have knowledge of State Department of health and federal guidelines; will have taken courses in nursing management or supervision and in rehabilitative and restorative nursing; hold membership in professional association(s).
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Reasonable accommodation which does not create undue hardship will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job .
