Chef Concierge Jobs in Colorado: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a chef concierge in Colorado?
The most direct path is completing a hospitality management or hotel administration program at a Colorado institution such as Colorado State University or Johnson and Wales University Denver, then working your way through front desk and concierge associate roles at a full-service property. Colorado has no state-issued license for this role, but pursuing membership or candidacy with Les Clefs d'Or USA significantly strengthens your standing with luxury employers in Denver, Aspen, and the mountain resort corridor.
Which companies hire chef concierges in Colorado?
Companies currently hiring chef concierges in Colorado include Marriott International, Aspen Skiing Company, and MorningStar Senior Living, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Colorado's luxury resort corridor and Denver's growing upscale hotel market mean demand is spread across both urban full-service properties and destination mountain resorts.
Which Colorado cities have the most chef concierge jobs?
Denver, Colorado Springs, and Aspen have the most chef concierge openings in Colorado. Denver leads because of its concentration of full-service hotels and convention properties, while Aspen and Vail draw demand from world-class destination resorts that require dedicated concierge teams year-round, including smaller ski towns where a single flagship resort anchors local hospitality hiring.
Are there remote chef concierge jobs in Colorado?
Yes, but they're rare. The chef concierge role is inherently on-site, built around in-person guest interaction, real-time coordination, and physical presence at a property. About 30% of chef concierge openings tied to Colorado are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions typically involve concierge services desk management or virtual guest relations for larger hotel brands rather than traditional floor-level guest service.
How can I get hired as a chef concierge in Colorado with little or no experience?
Starting as a front desk agent or guest services associate at a full-service Colorado hotel is the most realistic entry point. Properties like The Broadmoor, Sage Hospitality Group hotels, and Four Seasons Resort Vail regularly hire for entry-level guest services roles that feed into concierge positions. Completing a hospitality certificate or degree at Colorado State University or Johnson and Wales University Denver strengthens your candidacy, and beginning the Les Clefs d'Or candidacy process early signals commitment to luxury employers before you have the full experience to qualify.
Where can I find and apply to chef concierge jobs in Colorado?
You can find and apply to chef concierge jobs in Colorado on Migrate Mate, which lists current Colorado openings updated regularly. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level and location preference, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
