ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A growing, clinician-led ABA organization in the greater Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / BCBA to lead a center-based program in Stockbridge, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about mentorship, high-quality care, and building a collaborative team culture.
- Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and clinical staff
- Oversee treatment quality and client outcomes
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Support clinical excellence and staff development
- Help drive a positive, growth-focused clinic culture
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Active BCBA certification
- 3+ years of BCBA experience, including center-based experience
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
