Clinical & Project Coordinator

Part-Time | Hybrid | 40–50 Hours/Month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Clinical & Project Coordinator to support day-to-day clinical operations while also taking ownership of projects, process improvement, and practice development.

This role combines clinical coordination, patient support, research recruitment, project management, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate can work independently, identify what needs to be done, and help improve systems rather than simply follow instructions.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and will continue on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Schedule

• 40–50 hours per month
• Minimum 3 days per week on-site
• Additional remote work as needed

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Coordination

• Support patient intake, registration, scheduling, triage, and phone communication.
• Assist with patient preparation, vital signs, screenings, and clinical workflows as appropriate to training and scope.
• Maintain professional, patient-centered communication.
• Provide clinical chaperone support as needed.

Project Management & Operations

• Coordinate projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Develop and improve workflows, processes, and documentation.
• Assist with EHR implementation and other practice systems.
• Support the physician with organizational and operational initiatives.

Research & Program Support

• Support clinical research recruitment and identify potentially eligible patients.
• Communicate study information and connect interested patients with the appropriate research team.
• Assist with developing and implementing new programs and services.
• Maintain organized clinical and operational records.

Social Media & Administrative Support

• Assist with social media management and engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate patient and administrative records.
• Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in any of the following industries: healthcare, clinical coordination, research, administration, operations, or project coordination
• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience is a plus
• Experience working directly with patients preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with technology, digital systems, and learning new platforms/EHRs
• Graduate-level education or current graduate study is a plus

This is a developing role within a growing practice, so responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of the practice and the candidate's strengths.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
