iPolish, Inc. is a Central Florida digital beauty technology company pioneering electrophoretic display (EPD)-based color-changing cosmetic products, including digitally programmable press-on nails and the Magic Wand handheld programming device. We operate at the intersection of advanced materials science, consumer electronics, and fashion-tech, with manufacturing partners in China, Taiwan, USA, Japan and Mexico and a product roadmap targeting simultaneous launch across North American, European, and Asia-Pacific markets.
Position Overview
As a marketing specialist, this individual will play an important role in developing and enhancing the social media presence and public communications of our business. This individual will continuously test new ideas through the development and promotion of interactive and engaging content; developing content, copy and strategy is essential for this role. You will have the opportunity to create content yourself for the Company’s use in its advertising efforts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to serve as a brand ambassador by interacting with and forming relationships with our customers and clients on brand channels, and industry-focused groups and forums.

· Strong understanding of social media channel marketing and advertising; Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
· Graphic design experience for creating visual and written content
· Executes content strategy, creates campaigns in Ads Manager and serves at the intersection of external social media vendors, the Company’s customers and internal resources.
· Management of the Company’s influencer affiliate program and coordinating directly with Influencers and Brand Ambassadors.
· Serves as the point of triage for customer service communications as well as potential vendor escalations
· Monitors, assembles and communicates key metrics from social media campaigns
· Requires occasional attendance of Trade Show, Marketing and Sales Functions
- As Needed: creation of company videos for social media.
Key Responsibilities
Develop launch strategies: activations, social plans, and content timelines.
Collaborates on the creation of social media content calendar (organic and paid marketing campaigns) for: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and others. Develops content and creates clear calls-to-action that facilitates engagements for both organic and paid campaigns across all clients product line segments.
Crafts compelling post and ad copy that aligns with our voice, objectives, and target audiences.
Research social media trends and analyze metrics to optimize the social media post creation process. Assists with creation, selection and assembly of images and graphics for social media posts. Coordinate with Team & Graphic Designers (of which you are one) to ensure content is consistent with Brand Identity Guidelines.
Produces compelling social media video content.
Coordinates and provides support to Graphic Designers / Videographers for the development of social media-specific assets as needed.
Work with creative team to shoot and publish high-quality content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories.
Collaborate with sales and web teams to ensure data-driven strategies for growth
Work with outside companies monitoring customer interactions online, ensuring support for customers are prioritized and escalated as appropriate.
Brand Ambassador, attend tradeshows, brand events, demonstrate usage, promote product to potential users.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in developing and executing social media strategies, growth development, community management and customer service. Required channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X.
A strong sense of fashion and an exceptional understanding of the beauty industry, including women’s cosmetics
Proficiency in AI (Claude, Grok or ChatGPT)
Proficiency in Google Ads and Ads Manager and SEO Strategies.
Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
Proven track record in social community management.
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills; attention to detail is a must.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed.
Experience with social media monitoring and scheduling tools.
Preferred Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Special consideration will be given to those with video creation and editing experience.
