- Process Management: Lead and manage the proposal lifecycle, setting milestones, keeping subject matter experts (SMEs) on track, and driving the team toward deadlines.
- Content Development & Writing: Draft, edit, and refine proposal narratives, executive summaries, and technical sections using our proprietary automation platform to accelerate generation and formatting.
- Collaboration & Execution: Facilitate review sessions, synthesize contributions from team members, and ensure the final narrative is polished, cohesive, and persuasive.
- Platform Utilization: Leverage our internal BD platform's content repositories and AI capabilities to source, organize, and assemble high-quality proposal packages efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of experience coordinating proposals, technical writing, or managing business development content within government or commercial contracting.
- Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable working with modern AI-driven proposal tools, content libraries, or cloud-based collaboration software (you will receive training on our COTS system).
- Writing & Editing: Strong professional writing and editing skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling content.
- Project Leadership: Exceptional organization and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage fluctuating on-call workflows under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

This is a remote on-call consulting role with compensation structured hourly: $32 -35 / hour. Invoices must detail deliverables produced.
