Corbett Prep seeks a creative, energetic Marketing & Communications Associate to help capture and share life in our PreK3–8 school community. This hands-on, part-time role is ideal for an emerging creative professional who enjoys photography, video, writing, design, and social media.
Working alongside our communications and advancement teams, you will:
- Photograph and film classroom learning, athletics, performances, summer programs, and school events.
- Shoot and edit reels, interviews, event highlights, and other engaging video content.
- Create social media posts and write and edit stories, captions, announcements, and website content.
- Gather content for our weekly Heads’ Letter and other schoolwide communications.
- Design graphics, flyers, invitations, and signage using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist with website updates and communications for Admissions, Advancement, the Parent Faculty Association, fundraising, and community events.
- Contribute fresh ideas and help uncover stories that showcase Corbett Prep.
What You’ll Bring
Strong writing and proofreading skills; photography and video editing experience; familiarity with social media and Canva or similar design tools; and an eye for visual storytelling. We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently around children, families, and educators.
Schedule
Part-time and primarily on campus, with regular weekly hours and occasional evening or weekend event coverage. Priorities and assignments will be coordinated within the part-time schedule.
