Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Radiologic Tech Jobs at Banner Health Jobs
Get your ARRT credentials verified early
Banner Health requires ARRT certification for Radiologic Tech roles. If you trained outside the U.S., start the ARRT equivalency review months before applying, delays here stall your entire visa timeline, not just your job offer.
Target Banner's high-volume imaging facilities
Banner staffs large regional medical centers like Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and Tucson with rotating imaging needs. Applying to flagship campuses gives you better odds of landing a role with a dedicated HR team experienced in sponsorship paperwork.
Confirm sponsorship intent before accepting an offer
Not every Banner hiring manager is familiar with the H-1B or PERM process. Ask your recruiter directly which visa pathway Banner is prepared to support for your specific role before you sign anything.
Search Banner Health imaging roles on Migrate Mate
Filter by visa type to find Banner Radiologic Tech openings verified for H-1B or Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces roles with confirmed sponsorship history so you're not guessing which postings are actually accessible to you.
Prepare modality-specific documentation for your I-129
Banner's imaging roles often require specialty documentation tied to your modality, CT, MRI, or interventional. When your employer files the H-1B I-129 petition with USCIS, having your state license, ARRT card, and modality credentials organized speeds up the petition package.

Find Radiologic Tech at Banner Health JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Banner Health sponsor H-1B visas for Radiologic Techs?
Yes, Banner Health sponsors H-1B visas for Radiologic Tech roles. As one of the larger nonprofit health systems in the country, Banner has an HR infrastructure that handles employer-filed H-1B petitions. Sponsorship availability can vary by facility and staffing need, so confirm directly with your recruiter during the offer stage that your specific role and location are eligible.
How do I apply for Radiologic Tech jobs at Banner Health?
Applications go through Banner Health's careers portal, where imaging roles are listed by location and modality. You'll need a current ARRT certification and an active state license for the state where the facility is located. To find Banner Radiologic Tech roles verified for visa sponsorship in one place, browse current openings on Migrate Mate and filter by visa type before applying.
Which visa types does Banner Health use for Radiologic Tech sponsorship?
Banner Health primarily supports Radiologic Techs through the H-1B nonimmigrant visa and employment-based Green Card pathways, most commonly EB-2 and EB-3. H-1B is used for initial work authorization, while PERM-based Green Card sponsorship is typically offered to employees who have demonstrated performance over time. Your eligibility for each pathway depends on your degree, experience, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Banner Health expect for Radiologic Tech roles?
Banner requires ARRT certification in Radiography at minimum, with additional certifications in CT, MRI, or other modalities depending on the posting. A state license in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, or whichever state the facility operates in is mandatory before your start date. For candidates trained abroad, the ARRT primary pathway examination is typically required to establish U.S. credential equivalency before Banner can file a visa petition.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Banner Health Radiologic Tech role?
If Banner files an H-1B petition through the annual USCIS lottery, you're looking at a timeline that runs from registration in March through a potential October 1 start date. Premium processing can shorten USCIS adjudication to around fifteen business days once the petition is filed, but it doesn't change the cap lottery timing. For Green Card sponsorship via PERM, DOL certification alone typically takes six to eighteen months before USCIS immigrant petition filing begins.
