Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our Inventory Technology team in Boston, MA. This role will focus on driving execution across critical supply chain domains including Forecasting, Inventory Planning, and Replenishment. As a TPM, you will lead the delivery of cross-functional technical programs that power how Chewy forecasts, plans, positions, and replenishes inventory across our network. - Own and drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs across supply chain systems, from concept through launch and post-launch support
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment needs into clear technical requirements and execution plans
- Coordinate across engineering, data science, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving mitigation strategies
- Support architecture and design discussions by understanding system flows, data dependencies, and integration points
- Establish and maintain program mechanisms including status reporting, roadmap tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure teams are delivering against prioritized business outcomes, adapting plans as needs evolve
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and operational rigor
