As the Director of OEM Sales, you will be the architect of our regional growth. You will have the opportunity to:
- Shape and execute the OEM sales strategy for the Americas, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share in key industrial sectors.
- Build and nurture executive-level partnerships with our most important OEM customers, positioning Danfoss as their preferred solutions provider.

We are looking for a strategic commercial leader with a passion for building partnerships and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in industrial or technical B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing major OEM accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-country sales teams, with a focus on accountability and creating a high-performance culture.
- Deep technical and commercial expertise in hydraulics, fluid conveyance, or related industrial component sectors.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, advanced negotiation, and financial acumen, with the ability to build strong executive relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
