About the Team
The SevenRooms Data & Analytics team is the foundational data hub powering go-to-market, product, finance, and operational decisions across the In-Store business. We design and maintain the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that connect SevenRooms' systems with the broader DoorDash data ecosystem — and we're investing aggressively in making our datasets ready for both human and AI consumption. Within the team, our product-focused analytics work owns the funnels, personas, and feature-adoption insights that inform what products and features get built, how it's launched, and how it performs in the market.
About the Role
We're hiring a Data Analyst to be the data partner for our Product Management, Product Marketing, and executive teams at SevenRooms. You will own the building of data products, feature launch analytics, and the PLG instrumentation that connects product usage signals back into Salesforce, Gainsight, and our outbound motions.
You will report into the Manager, Data & Analytics on our Data & Analytics team in our SevenRooms organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own product analytics end-to-end — funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for every major feature launch on the SevenRooms platform.
- Build net new data products aimed at improving analytic and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization.
- Design and ship PLG automations that translate product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows.
- Apply GenAI and ML techniques — partnering with our GTM Engineer — to product analytics use cases like web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, transactions predictive modeling, and Add-On ICP scoring.
- Communicate closely in support of multiple PM's with reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
We're excited about you because…
- 2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment.
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
- Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous, scoped analyses that ship recommendations — not just dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to product and executive audiences.
We expect this position to be filled by 8/9/26.

Tailor your resume to DoorDash's data stack
DoorDash's data infrastructure runs on tools like Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt. Listing these by name, alongside experience with data quality frameworks or metadata governance, signals you can contribute from day one in their environment.
Target roles under DoorDash's engineering org
Data Manager positions at DoorDash often sit within product or platform engineering teams. Filtering job listings by those org structures, rather than searching by title alone, surfaces relevant openings that generic keyword searches miss.
Confirm your visa category before applying
DoorDash sponsors several visa types for this function, including H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT. Knowing which category fits your situation before you interview lets you answer sponsorship questions confidently and avoids delays during the offer stage.
Time your application around the H-1B cap
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS opens registration each March for an October 1 start. Targeting DoorDash's interview cycles in late fall through winter gives you the best chance of receiving an offer in time to register.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Data Manager roles
Search Migrate Mate to browse verified Data Manager openings at DoorDash filtered by visa type. This saves time you would otherwise spend manually cross-referencing job boards with DOL disclosure data to confirm sponsorship eligibility.
Prepare for the PERM audit trail early
If DoorDash moves you toward a Green Card via PERM, DOL requires documented recruitment records proving no qualified U.S. workers were available. Keeping your own records of the hiring process from the start protects both you and your employer if an audit occurs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does DoorDash sponsor H-1B visas for Data Managers?
Yes, DoorDash sponsors H-1B visas for Data Manager roles. The company has a consistent history of filing petitions for technical and data-focused positions. Because the H-1B is subject to an annual cap and lottery through USCIS, you'll want to secure an offer well before the March registration window to stay on track for an October 1 start date.
Which visa types does DoorDash commonly sponsor for Data Manager roles?
DoorDash sponsors a range of visa categories for Data Manager positions, including H-1B, H-1B1 visa for Chilean and Singaporean nationals, E-3 visa for Australian citizens, TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals, F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates, and J-1 visa for eligible exchange visitors. Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 classifications is also available for qualifying candidates on a longer-term path.
How do I apply for Data Manager jobs at DoorDash?
You can find and apply for Data Manager roles at DoorDash directly through their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters openings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before you apply. Applications typically involve a recruiter screen, a technical assessment focused on data modeling or governance, and several rounds of interviews with the hiring team and cross-functional stakeholders.
What qualifications does DoorDash expect for Data Manager roles?
DoorDash generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related field, along with hands-on experience managing large-scale data pipelines and governance programs. Proficiency in SQL is standard, and familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery, plus experience with metadata or data quality tooling, strengthens your candidacy significantly.
How do I manage my visa status timeline during the DoorDash hiring process?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date before your first interview and flag any STEM extension eligibility to your recruiter early. DoorDash's offer and onboarding process takes time, and USCIS requires H-1B petitions to be filed before OPT expires if you need a status bridge. Building a 60 to 90 day buffer between your expected start date and your current status expiration gives the legal team enough runway to file without premium processing.
