This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Proactively identify and highlight dependencies between teams, ensuring that these are either removed or managed
- Coordinate program activities across product and engineering teams
- Communicate program status via regular updates to key stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams including product, engineering, and security to align on scope, success criteria, and timelines
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and translating business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Support intake and prioritization of new initiatives, working with leadership and PMs to define roadmaps and OKRs
Operational & Technical Excellence:
- Define and implement best practices for program delivery, including documentation, program status reporting
- Report on key metrics such as delivery velocity and business impact
- Mentor junior program managers, promoting operational excellence through agile best practices, while driving cross-functional alignment and stakeholder collaboration across domain initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What we're looking for in our next teammate:
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience. Alternatively, Program Manager or Scrum Master experience working closely with Engineering teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical programs end-to-end across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to distill complexity and manage competing priorities
- Experience with agile methodologies, program planning tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence), and stakeholder reporting
- A bonus if you have experience working with DevOps, Engineering and Developer Platforms.
- Don’t check all the boxes? That’s okay! We encourage you to still apply if you feel like you possess an adjacent skill set and are interested in learning more about this position.

Frame your PM credentials around product delivery
FanDuel's Program Manager roles sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. Tailor your resume to show end-to-end program delivery, not just coordination. Regulated product launches or platform migrations carry particular weight in gambling environments.
Get your specialty occupation documentation ready
For H-1B sponsorship, your Program Manager role must qualify as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Gather transcripts, credential evaluations, and role-specific evidence before your offer stage to avoid delays.
Target FanDuel's regulated-market expansion teams
FanDuel operates in states that require regulatory compliance programs, and many open Program Manager roles sit inside these teams. Applicants with experience navigating state-level licensing, compliance workflows, or go-to-market launches in regulated industries are harder to replace locally.
Sync your offer timeline with USCIS filing windows
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed for an October 1 start date. If you receive your offer outside the March registration window, plan for a deferred start or negotiate a cap-exempt bridge arrangement with your employer's immigration counsel.
Browse open Program Manager roles on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters FanDuel's Program Manager listings by visa sponsorship type, so you can confirm which roles have active sponsorship before applying. This saves time when you're tracking multiple openings across a single employer.

Find Program Manager at FanDuel JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does FanDuel sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, FanDuel sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The role must qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning it requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as computer science, engineering, or business. Your employer will file the petition with USCIS, but you'll need to support the case with degree and experience documentation that ties directly to the role's responsibilities.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at FanDuel?
Applications go through FanDuel's careers portal. Most Program Manager roles require you to complete an initial recruiter screen, followed by a loop covering program planning, cross-functional stakeholder scenarios, and delivery frameworks. Raise your visa sponsorship needs during the recruiter screen, not after an offer, so the hiring team can confirm sponsorship eligibility for your specific category before the process advances.
Which visa types does FanDuel commonly use for Program Manager roles?
FanDuel sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for qualifying employees. Australian nationals are strong candidates for the E-3 route, which avoids the H-1B lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals can pursue TN status under the USMCA. F-1 OPT holders in an active authorization period can start before any cap-subject petition is filed.
What qualifications does FanDuel expect for Program Manager roles?
FanDuel typically looks for candidates with experience managing complex, multi-team programs in fast-paced product environments. A bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is standard. Familiarity with Agile delivery, regulatory or compliance-adjacent programs, and cross-functional coordination in a product-led organization strengthens your application significantly for their regulated-market teams.
How do I find FanDuel Program Manager roles that include visa sponsorship?
Not every job posting specifies which visa categories an employer will support, which makes it easy to apply for roles where sponsorship isn't available for your situation. Migrate Mate filters FanDuel's open Program Manager positions by visa sponsorship type, so you can identify relevant roles before investing time in the application process.
