YOUR IMPACT
- Lead and grow RockSol design practice across Southern and/or Western Colorado, providing technical leadership and strategic direction.
- Serve as the Engineer of Record, leading the design and delivery of transportation projects for CDOT, municipalities, counties, and other public agencies.
- Build and strengthen relationships with the municipalities, CDOT, local governments, and regional partners while expanding RockSol's transportation presence throughout Colorado.
- Lead project pursuits, develop winning strategies, and secure new transportation work through strong client relationships and technical excellence.

- Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of roadway/transportation design and project management experience in Hydraulics, Structures & Traffic, including serving as Engineer of Record.
