Frame your credentials around engineering project delivery
Jedson's Program Manager roles typically require demonstrable experience overseeing multi-discipline engineering projects, not just general project management. Tailor your resume to highlight scope, budget, and cross-functional coordination within technical consulting environments before you apply.
Target open requisitions across Jedson's service lines
Jedson posts Program Manager openings across industrial, environmental, and infrastructure consulting. Applying to a specific service line where your engineering background aligns strengthens your candidacy and signals to the hiring team that your experience is a direct match.
Clarify your OPT timeline before your first interview
If you're on F-1 OPT, calculate your remaining authorized period before reaching out to recruiters. Jedson sponsors TN and green card pathways, so entering that conversation with a clear timeline helps both sides plan around any cap-gap or status transition early.
Understand how PERM fits the Program Manager role
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 requires DOL's PERM labor certification, which means your Program Manager job duties must be documented and cannot be substantially changed mid-process. Ask Jedson's HR team when that process typically begins relative to your start date.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Program Manager roles by sponsorship type
Jedson lists multiple Program Manager positions at any given time, and sponsorship eligibility can vary by role. Use Migrate Mate to filter Jedson's open positions by the visa category you need, so you're only spending time on roles where your status is a fit.
Confirm LCA coverage before signing your offer letter
For TN or any work visa requiring a Labor Condition Application, your certified LCA must reflect the actual work location and wage level. If Jedson places Program Managers across multiple client sites, confirm your offer letter and LCA align before your start date to avoid compliance issues.

Does Jedson Engineering sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Jedson Engineering's primary sponsorship pathways for Program Managers are EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. There is no confirmed H-1B sponsorship history for this role at Jedson. If you currently hold H-1B status, it's worth asking directly during the recruiting process whether Jedson can support an H-1B transfer, as policies can vary by position and business need.
Which visa types are commonly used for Program Manager roles at Jedson Engineering?
Jedson Engineering sponsors TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering and management roles, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates. For longer-term work authorization, Jedson supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, which go through DOL's PERM labor certification process before USCIS adjudication.
What qualifications and experience does Jedson Engineering expect for Program Manager roles?
Jedson's Program Manager positions typically require a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and several years of experience managing multi-phase technical projects in a consulting or industrial environment. Start the conversation with HR about initiation timing as early as possible after your start date.
