Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Architect to join their growing team. This individual will contribute to and lead portions of small to mid-sized projects, providing architectural expertise across design development, technical documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration.

JOB DETAILS
- Licensed Architect with current registration.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 5–10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably within an architecture, engineering, or integrated AEC environment.
- Demonstrated experience with design development, technical documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, systems, specifications, codes, detailing, and construction methods.
- Proficiency with Revit and architectural documentation workflows.
- Experience with software such as Enscape, Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Experience with BIM coordination and model-based project delivery is a plus.
