Align your portfolio to manufacturing environments
Molex operates across large-scale electronics manufacturing facilities, so your portfolio should demonstrate architectural work in industrial, technical, or mixed-use commercial settings. Generalist residential work is unlikely to move your application forward.
Target hiring cycles tied to facility expansion
Molex regularly opens Architect roles when planning or expanding manufacturing campuses. Watch for job postings that reference capital projects, new site builds, or infrastructure upgrades, as those tend to indicate active sponsorship intent rather than backfill hiring.
Prepare your credentials for USCIS specialty occupation review
Architecture qualifies as a specialty occupation under H-1B rules, but your degree field must directly correspond to the role. Have your NCARB certification or licensure documentation ready, and get foreign credentials evaluated before an offer is extended.
Search open Architect roles using Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Architect positions at Molex by visa type, so you only see roles where your specific authorization is supported before you invest time in a full application.
Clarify LCA timelines with your hiring contact
Before accepting an offer, ask the recruiter where the Labor Condition Application stands in DOL processing. LCA certification is required before USCIS can adjudicate your H-1B petition, and delays at that step can push your start date significantly.

Find Architect at Molex JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Molex sponsor H-1B visas for Architects?
Yes, Molex sponsors H-1B visas for Architect roles. Architecture consistently qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines, given the degree requirements tied to the role. If you're applying as an Architect, confirm during the offer stage that your specific position is included in their sponsorship process, since not every opening may move forward with a new petition.
How do I apply for Architect jobs at Molex?
You can browse and apply for Architect positions at Molex directly through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm your authorization is supported before applying. For the strongest application, tailor your portfolio to large-scale or industrial architectural work, as Molex's facilities context differs from typical commercial or residential practice.
Which visa types does Molex commonly use for Architect roles?
Molex sponsors Architect candidates across H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1 categories. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role qualifies under USMCA. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B sponsorship once employment is established.
What qualifications does Molex expect for Architect roles?
Molex typically expects a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program, along with demonstrated experience on technically complex or infrastructure-scale projects. NCARB licensure or active licensure in a U.S. jurisdiction strengthens your candidacy. For H-1B purposes, your degree field must directly correspond to the Architect position, so a closely matched credential matters beyond just overall experience.
How do I time my application around visa processing for an Architect role at Molex?
If you're targeting an H-1B, the cap-subject lottery registration opens in March each year, with an October 1 start date if selected. That timeline affects when Molex can file your petition. TN and EB-category sponsorship operate outside the cap and offer more scheduling flexibility. Clarify with your recruiter which visa pathway applies to your offer so you can plan your start date realistically.
