Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibility: Oversee and coordinate all Lead generation platforms, such as Zillow/Realtor.com etc
- Work closely with Team Leaders to enforce lead follow-up processes
- Improve agent accountability and lead conversion to increase return on investment
- Ensure all required lead updating processes are completed in a timely fashion
- Assist to enforce general team processes and metrics
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Real Estate or other related fields preferred but not a requirement.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with Team Agents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
