What You Will Do
- Lead BusBar new product development programs from concept, quotation support, and prototype builds through validation, customer approval, and production launch
- Build and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and recovery actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, tooling, quality, supply chain, operations, and finance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program timing, scope, risks, change management, and launch readiness
- Drive manufacturing readiness, including prototype builds, pilot runs, tooling development, process qualification, and production ramp-up
- Support customer and internal deliverables related to APQP, PPAP, and launch approval requirements
- Monitor project financials, including development spending, capital requirements, and cost-related risks
- Identify and mitigate technical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial risks that may impact program success
Who You Are
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, project engineering, or product development within a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading new product development or new product introduction programs through production launch
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams on technical requirements, timing, issue resolution, and launch deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BusBar products or related power distribution / interconnect products
- Experience in automotive, EV, industrial, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and structured launch processes
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as stamping, forming, welding, plating, overmolding, assembly, or test
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
