Does Regions Bank sponsor H-1B visas for Partnership Development Managers?
Yes, Regions Bank sponsors H-1B visas for Partnership Development Manager positions. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards because it requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as finance, business, or economics. Your employer will need to file an approved LCA with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS.

Which visa types does Regions Bank commonly use for Partnership Development Manager roles?
Regions Bank has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card pathways for professional roles including partnership development. TN applies to qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals in professional occupations.

For visa sponsorship purposes, your degree should align closely with the role's core responsibilities as defined in the job posting.
How do I plan my timeline when accepting a Partnership Development Manager offer at Regions Bank with visa sponsorship?
If you are transitioning from OPT to H-1B, your employer needs to submit the H-1B registration during the annual lottery window in March for an October 1 start date.
