Align Your Background With Payments Technology
Worldpay's Executive Management roles sit inside a payments technology business. Framing your credentials around fintech, enterprise software, or financial services operations signals direct fit and makes the sponsorship conversation easier for hiring managers to justify internally.
Target Roles With a Defined Reporting Structure
Executive Management petitions require USCIS to see a clear organizational hierarchy. Prioritize posted roles that list a direct reporting line to a C-suite officer, since ambiguous leadership structures can complicate specialty occupation arguments at the petition stage.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Relevant Open Positions
Worldpay posts Executive Management openings across multiple locations and business units. Use Migrate Mate to filter for sponsorship-eligible roles so you're applying only to positions where international candidates are actively considered.
Gather Documentation That Demonstrates Strategic Scope
USCIS scrutinizes executive petitions closely. Collect evidence of budget authority, headcount responsibility, and cross-functional decision-making before your employer's immigration counsel begins drafting the I-129, so there are no delays gathering supporting records.
Confirm LCA Timing With Worldpay's Counsel Early
Your H-1B petition cannot be filed until the DOL certifies the Labor Condition Application, which takes up to seven business days. If your start date is fixed, work backward from that date with Worldpay's legal team to avoid a gap in authorized employment.

Does Worldpay sponsor H-1B visas for Executive Managements?
Yes, Worldpay has sponsored H-1B visas for roles in its Executive Management function. Sponsorship is typically initiated after an offer is extended, and the company works with immigration counsel to file the Labor Condition Application with the DOL and the I-129 petition with USCIS. Whether a specific role qualifies depends on how the position is classified and structured.
Which visa types are commonly used for Executive Management roles at Worldpay?
H-1B is the most common pathway for Executive Management roles at Worldpay. F-1 OPT and CPT are available for candidates in authorized post-completion or curricular training periods, though they are shorter-term and require a transition plan. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management roles may also be eligible for TN status, which does not require a lottery.
What qualifications and experience does Worldpay expect for Executive Management roles?
Worldpay's Executive Management positions typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, finance, or technology, along with substantial senior leadership experience. For H-1B purposes, the role must qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning a specific degree in a related discipline is a standard requirement rather than a preference.
How do I apply for Executive Management jobs at Worldpay?
You can browse open Executive Management positions at Worldpay through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles that are open to visa sponsorship. Once you identify a fit, apply directly through Worldpay's careers portal. Disclose your visa status during the application process so the recruiting team can route your candidacy appropriately from the start.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship for a Worldpay role?
If you need a new H-1B cap-subject petition, the standard filing window opens April 1 for an October 1 start date, following a March lottery registration period. If you're transferring an existing H-1B to Worldpay, the company can file a portability petition at any time and you may begin work once USCIS issues a receipt notice, without waiting for final approval.
