Senior Construction Project Manager/Estimator

We provide Construction Management, Owner's Representation, Project Controls, Estimating, Scheduling to public agencies, institutions, healthcare systems and developers. The Role
We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to run large-scale U.S. construction projects from start to finish. You will work remotely with our New York team and project sites and own the project from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects through every phase: preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout
- Prepare and review estimates, budgets and bid leveling
- Build and update project schedules; track progress and recover delays
- Manage project finances: cost reports, forecasts, change orders, pay applications and invoicing
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract documents
- Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors and field staff
- Run weekly meetings and issue clear meeting minutes and action lists
- Track deliverables and deadlines so nothing is missed
- Flag risks early and recommend solutions
- Support safety, QA/QC and MWBE/DBE compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience on the construction side (owner's rep, CM or GC). Design-side experience alone does not qualify.
- Proven experience on large-scale commercial, institutional and public projects in the USA
- Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling and estimating
- Experience with U.S. construction contracts, codes, standards and documentation
- Skilled with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project), Excel, and project management platforms (Procore or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organization, follow-through and communication

- Design-only or architecture/engineering-only experience

- Experience with public agencies and working in the US
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
