Duties & Responsibilities:
- The CRNA will function under the medical direction of the anesthesiologist with regard to pre-anesthetic, anesthetic and post-anesthetic patient management.
- Shifts available are 8's and 10's and your schedule can be tailored to your specific needs. This benefit is highly beneficial and unique, facilitating your lifestyle away from the operating room. Additionally, our CRNAs are relieved on-time for their slated shifts and not on a "waterfall tear-off" system
- Outpatient setting, No Call Required
- Serve as a faculty member and supervise SRNAs in the nurse anesthesia program.

Illinois Nurse Educator Loan Repayment Program:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will promote collaboration between multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care. The individual who holds this position will exemplify the Rush mission, vision and values and act in accordance with the policies, procedures, guidelines of Rush, including the Rush Medical Group Customer Service standards. Successful candidates will also meet all other state and federal regulatory practice and accreditation standards.

Across the system, the APPs are supported by 4 levels of leadership, including 39 Lead APPs, three chief CRNAs, and a Senior Director of Advanced Practice Providers.
