ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center is recruiting full time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join the Anesthesiology Team!
- Providing anesthesia care services to adult and pediatric patients
- Ability to work in a complex environment with elective and emergency surgeries
- M-F days with a flexible schedule
- No holidays
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- No experience required
- Must be able to fulfill department schedule needs which may include 24/7 call and weekend coverage as needed
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices
- Nurse Anesthetist certification (CRNA) issued by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
- Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state in which team member practices
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)/American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required
