SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Department of Anesthesia at Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center is currently seeking qualified CRNAs to work in a collegial and family-friendly environment. A variety of shift options are available, including 8s, 10s, 12s, or a combination thereof. Responsible for the provision of anesthesia care in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative areas for a variety of surgical specialties, including: General, Urology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Podiatry. No hearts, no pediatrics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- NBCRNA certification
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- New grads and experienced providers welcome.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required.
- Epidural experience preferred but not required.
