What You'll Do:

• Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment.
• Provide exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies.
• Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders.
• Adapt to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)

Experience & Skills:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of dependability and ethical behavior.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
