Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling strategies to generate interest and build rapport

- Demonstrate proficiency in sales automation technologies to streamline outreach and follow-up processes
- Negotiate terms effectively with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and deal closure
- Maintain excellent communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively over the phone
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales techniques, and achieve collective targets
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably within a B2B (business-to-business) environment
- Strong background in technology sales or technical sales experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighlevel or other CRM software is essential
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, deal closing, and client communication
- Experience with sales automation tools and sales technology adoption enhances effectiveness
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional communication abilities in English
- Call center experience or customer service background is a plus for understanding client needs and delivering outstanding service
