Marketing 180 is a digital marketing agency that works with home service companies across the country, including lawn care, pest control, and other home service brands and their franchise locations. We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re building the future of our agency around AI. We’re moving from “people doing the work” to “people managing AI systems,” and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build it.
The Role
We’re hiring someone to build the AI tools our clients and our team use every day. You’ll design and launch AI agents that talk to customers by phone, text, chat, and email. You’ll also use AI coding tools to build internal and external applications that make operations faster and smarter.
This is a hands-on building role. You won’t be stuck in meetings writing specs. You’ll be shipping things.
What You’ll Do
- Build and fine-tune AI agents for voice calls, text and chat conversations, and email follow-up for home service businesses
- Write and refine prompts, conversation flows, and knowledge bases so agents sound natural and get results (booked appointments, qualified leads, answered questions)
- Use AI coding tools (like Claude Code) to build internal apps, dashboards, and automations that improve how our agency runs
- Set up and configure new client accounts in our CRM and marketing automation platform, including pipelines, workflows, calendars, and integrations
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve agents and automations based on real-world results
- Work with our team to figure out which manual tasks AI can take over next
- Keep simple documentation so the rest of the team knows how things work
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in AI and a habit of experimenting with it on your own
- Some hands-on experience with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI voice agents, chatbots, automation tools, or anything you’ve built or tinkered with
- A problem-solver mindset. You like figuring out how things work and making them work better
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Clear communication. You can explain what you built to non-technical people
- Self-motivation. You can take an idea and run with it
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Basic familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or any programming language
- Experience building with AI coding assistants
- Background in marketing, customer service, or home services
You don’t need a computer science degree or years of experience. We care more about curiosity, initiative, and what you’ve built than about your resume. If you’ve been playing with AI and want to do it for a living, we want to hear from you.
Why Marketing 180
- Work on cutting-edge AI tools that are deployed with real businesses
- A small team where your work has a direct, visible impact
- Room to grow as our AI capabilities expand
How to Apply
Apply through Indeed and include a short note about something you’ve built, tested, or experimented with using AI. It doesn’t need to be impressive, it just needs to be yours. Links, screenshots, or a quick description are all welcome.

How do you become a digital marketing associate in Arkansas?
Most Arkansas employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, though some will accept an associate degree paired with a strong portfolio. There is no state-issued license required to work as a digital marketing associate in Arkansas. Earning platform certifications such as Google Ads or HubSpot and building a portfolio of real campaign work through internships, freelance projects, or coursework at schools like the University of Arkansas or UALR strengthens any application.
Which companies hire digital marketing associates in Arkansas?
Arkansas digital marketing associate roles are posted by Tyson Foods Incorporated, CJRW, and zinus and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of November 2026. Northwest Arkansas in particular draws a wide range of consumer brands and agencies linked to the Walmart supplier community, making it one of the denser markets in the state for this role.
Which Arkansas cities have the most digital marketing associate jobs?
Springdale, Jonesboro, and Bentonville lead the state in digital marketing associate openings. Little Rock's concentration of healthcare systems, state government contractors, and financial services firms anchors demand there, while Bentonville and Fayetteville benefit from Walmart's corporate presence and the dense supplier and agency ecosystem it has attracted to Northwest Arkansas.
