Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the online presence and brand development for a dynamic multi-brand small business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling digital campaigns, optimize online visibility, and drive growth across various platforms. As a key driver of our marketing initiatives, you will harness your expertise in digital tools, content creation, and analytics to elevate our brands and connect with target audiences effectively. Your innovative approach and technical proficiency will ensure our brands stand out in competitive markets while delivering measurable results.
Job Overview – Digital Marketing & Brand Manager
GardeningDash LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and technically capable Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to help develop and manage the digital presence of our growing family of landscaping and outdoor-service brands.
GardeningDash LLC serves as the parent company for GardeningDash Landscaping & Lawn Care, Flowerbeds & Gardens, and Trim Trees & Shrubs. Each brand has its own identity and website while operating under the GardeningDash family of companies.
The Digital Marketing & Brand Manager will work directly with the owner to establish a professional and consistent digital presence across all three brands. This includes website development and management, domain configuration, business email setup, social media management, Google Business Profiles, SEO, digital advertising, branding, and coordination of the company's business telephone and extension system.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital infrastructure rather than simply manage social media. The ideal candidate understands how to organize multiple brands under one parent company while maintaining a distinct identity for each business.
This position requires in-person collaboration in the Columbia/Blythewood, South Carolina area, particularly during the initial setup and development of the company's digital systems.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working with platforms such as GoDaddy, Wix or WordPress, Google Workspace, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and business telephone platforms such as RingCentral or Nextiva.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping a growing small business build its brand, marketing systems, online presence, and customer acquisition strategy from the ground up.

Tips for Your Digital Marketing Associate Job Search
Tailor your resume to channel-specific keywords
Digital marketing associate postings often filter by channel: SEO, paid social, email, or content. Mirror the exact channel language from each job description in your resume bullets so your application clears automated screening before a recruiter reads it.
Build a portfolio before you apply
Attach a link to campaign results, content samples, or analytics dashboards you've managed. Even a Google Site showing a class project with real metrics outperforms a resume that only claims digital marketing experience without evidence.
Filter openings by the tools you already know
Many postings require proficiency in specific platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Ads Manager. Targeting roles where you already meet the tool stack reduces your ramp-up time and makes your application stronger against candidates who'd need training.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists digital marketing associate openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Prepare campaign walk-throughs for interviews
Interviewers for digital marketing associate roles frequently ask you to walk through a campaign you ran from objective to result. Prepare two or three concise examples using the channel, audience, tactic, and outcome structure so you answer confidently without rambling.
Negotiate beyond base salary at the offer stage
Digital marketing associate offers often include flexibility on remote days, professional development budgets, or tool access. If the base is fixed, ask specifically about those items before accepting, since they directly affect your ability to build skills and your day-to-day quality of life.
Digital Marketing Associate Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most digital marketing associates?
The companies hiring the most digital marketing associates right now include C-4 Analytics, Ring Ring Marketing, and aptim, with the largest share of openings in Texas, Florida, and California, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Demand is strongest at mid-size e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and full-service agencies that need generalist associates who can support multiple channels.
How many digital marketing associate jobs are remote?
About 62% of digital marketing associate openings are fully remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making it one of the more flexible entry-level marketing roles available. Content creation, email marketing, and paid social coordination tend to have the highest share of remote-eligible positions, while roles tied to in-house creative production or retail marketing skew toward on-site work.
How do you become a digital marketing associate?
Start by building foundational knowledge in core channels like SEO, paid media, email, and social media through free or low-cost certification programs offered by major ad platforms and marketing software providers. Pair that with hands-on practice through freelance projects, internships, or personal campaigns you can show in a portfolio. Then target entry-level associate postings that match the channels where you have real work samples.
Can you get a digital marketing associate job with little experience?
Yes, many digital marketing associate roles are explicitly designed for candidates with one to two years of experience or strong internship backgrounds rather than senior portfolios. Employers in this tier prioritize demonstrated channel knowledge and a portfolio over years on a resume. Candidates who can show real campaign metrics, even from a school project or volunteer role, routinely advance past those who list skills without evidence.
What does the digital marketing associate interview process look like?
Most digital marketing associate interview processes include an initial recruiter or hiring manager screen focused on your channel experience, followed by one or two rounds with the marketing team. A take-home assignment asking you to audit a campaign, draft a content brief, or propose a paid strategy is common at the second stage. Final rounds typically involve a presentation of that assignment and a conversation about how you'd work within the team's existing tools and processes.
Where can I find and apply to digital marketing associate jobs?
You can find and apply to digital marketing associate jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers across the United States. Search the listings to find roles that match your channel experience and location preferences, then apply directly to each one that fits.
