Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair - Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.

• Upgrades and Modifications - Evaluate existing equipment for potential upgrades or modifications to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

• Installation: Oversee the installation of new equipment, ensuring proper set-up and adherence to safety regulations.

• Calibration - Ensure that all equipment is accurately calibrated to maintain precision in manufacturing processes.

• Documentation - Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades for reference and analysis.

• Training - Provide training to operators and other personnel on the correct usage, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols related to equipment.

• Problem Solving - Quickly diagnose and address equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

• Compliance - Ensure that all equipment meets regulatory and safety standards, taking corrective actions if compliance issues arise.

• Collaboration - Work closely with various departments, including production, quality control, and safety, to facilitate seamless operations and address interdisciplinary challenges.

• Continuous Improvement - Actively seek opportunities for process improvement, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, OR a related field.

• Relevant work experience in equipment maintenance and engineering roles.

• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Attention to detail and precision in calibration and maintenance activities.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration and training purposes.

• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making.
