Looking for a professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) personal or executive assistant to support CEO during a three-day business trip to Tampa, Florida, from October 26–28, 2026.
Schedule: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM daily
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping the CEO organized and on schedule with meetings and appointments
- Running errands and coordinating daily logistics
- Providing general administrative and personal assistance as needed
- Accompanying the CEO locally when necessary
We are looking for someone professional, dependable, organized, discreet, and comfortable supporting an executive.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 per week
