Executive Management Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a executive management in New Hampshire?
Most executive management roles in New Hampshire require at least a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a directly related field, with many employers preferring an MBA. New Hampshire does not impose a state license for general executive management, but industry-specific credentials matter: healthcare executives benefit from credentials recognized by the American College of Healthcare Executives, while finance-sector leaders may need FINRA registrations depending on their scope. Building a record of leading New Hampshire-based organizations or divisions is the most direct path to senior hiring consideration.
How much do executive managements make in New Hampshire?
Executive managements in New Hampshire earn a median of about $168,590 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $103,990 for the lowest 10% to over $397,850 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire executive managements in New Hampshire?
Companies currently hiring executive managements in New Hampshire include Amphenol, L3Harris, and Dartmouth Health, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's mix of large regional healthcare systems, defense contractors, and financial services firms means executive openings appear across a wide range of industries and organizational sizes throughout the state.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most executive management jobs?
Nashua, Portsmouth, and Concord have the most executive management openings in New Hampshire. Manchester drives volume as the state's largest city and commercial hub, home to corporate headquarters and major healthcare institutions, while Concord concentrates state government and regulated-industry leadership roles, and Nashua benefits from its proximity to the Massachusetts border and a strong advanced manufacturing and technology employer base.
Are there remote executive management jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, though they are less common than in purely analytical fields, since many executive management roles require on-site leadership presence. About 50% of executive management openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting a meaningful but selective share of positions. Strategy, corporate development, and certain regional director roles are the most likely to offer remote or hybrid flexibility.
How can I get hired as a executive management in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a department manager or team lead role within a large New Hampshire employer and building upward from there. Dartmouth Health, Elliot Health System, and BAE Systems New Hampshire operations regularly bring in operations coordinators, project managers, and department supervisors who grow into executive tracks. An MBA from institutions like Southern New Hampshire University or the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College can accelerate that trajectory, and completing a leadership development rotational program within a manufacturing or healthcare organization provides the cross-functional exposure that executive hiring managers prioritize.
