We're looking for an experienced door-to-door sales professional to help train and lead a growing fiber internet sales team in the Boise area.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in door-to-door sales who enjoys coaching others, developing new representatives, and building successful teams.
Previous fiber internet experience is NOT required. We are especially interested in candidates from solar, roofing, pest control, window cleaning, home security, and other door-to-door sales industries.
Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new door-to-door sales representatives.
- Lead a structured three-week field training program.
- Work alongside new representatives, teaching effective pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Help new representatives become independent, productive salespeople.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Communicate directly with upper management regarding training progress and results.
- Generate personal sales while helping develop the team.
- Assist with recruiting and training additional representatives as the organization grows.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of door-to-door sales experience REQUIRED.
- Proven ability to generate consistent sales results.
- Experience training, mentoring, or managing sales representatives preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to work full-time in the Boise area.
- Reliable transportation.
