With decades of HVAC engineering and manufacturing expertise, XNRGY delivers innovative, energy-efficient solutions for mission-critical industries including hyperscale and modular data centers, healthcare, life sciences, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing.
Opportunity
We are excited to continue expanding our Service organization as XNRGY supports some of the world’s largest hyperscale data center projects. As part of this growth, XNRGY is seeking an experienced Field Service Program Manager to lead service execution across complex customer construction sites throughout the United States.
This position will serve as the primary program leader responsible for coordinating post-production service activities including commissioning, startup, warranty, rework, and field support. Working closely with customers, general contractors, field teams, engineering, manufacturing, and quality, the Field Service Program Manager will drive execution, manage escalations, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
This role is ideal for a strong communicator and operational leader who thrives in dynamic, customer-facing environments and can build trust while navigating complex technical and construction challenges.
Travel is a fundamental part of this role. The successful candidate may reside anywhere in the United States but must be willing to travel extensively (approximately 50–80%) to assigned customer project sites, primarily supporting hyperscale data center construction projects in Texas. Candidates should expect to work on-site at customer locations for extended periods during the work week, with travel schedules varying based on project needs.
Position Overview
The Field Service Program Manager leads the end-to-end service program lifecycle, ensuring every unit meets XNRGY’s quality, performance, and customer delivery standards. This role owns and orchestrates post-production service programs including rework, start-up, commissioning, warranty, and field support across multiple projects and geographies. The position drives program-level visibility, manages execution across cross-functional teams, and implements scalable processes to support rapid growth. Success in this role requires strong program management capabilities, operational discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes at scale.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a hands-on, analytical leader with a strong background in service operations and program management within data center, HVAC, or manufacturing environments. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and is motivated by building structure, systems, and processes that are still evolving. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, designing scalable solutions, and driving execution with precision, accountability, and ownership across multiple concurrent programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Execution:
Apply program and project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean) to ensure scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective execution across service programs
Own and lead cross-functional internal and external teams across all service activities (rework, start-up, commissioning, warranty, and field support)
Establish program governance, standard work, and execution frameworks to ensure consistency across projects and regions
Ensure employee supervision, safety compliance, and execution readiness across all field activities
Track program-level progress, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans to meet delivery timelines
Serve as the primary escalation point and strategic liaison with external partners such as General Contractors; construction site presence required
First 12 Months
Own XNRGY service program execution: Act as primary program lead between XNRGY and its customers for all units shipped across multiple projects.
Deploy KPIs & Reporting: Launch scalable dashboards to monitor rework timelines, cost efficiency, and field quality performance across programs.
Support Hypergrowth: Build and standardize service program frameworks aligned with the company’s rapid expansion and increasing service demand.
Experience
8+ years of progressive experience in service operations, program management, or project management.
Proven track record managing complex service programs with highly technical products.
Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, construction, or data center environments is strongly preferred; however, candidates from adjacent complex industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, energy, medical devices) are encouraged to apply.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems, service management platforms, and performance dashboards.
An engineering background is preferred, but candidates with strong operational, business, or technical program management experience will be considered.
Ability to travel across the U.S. (50–80%), with non-consecutive trips that vary by project needs—from short site visits to full weeks on-site. Candidates not based in Arizona should also expect regular time at the Arizona office.
The successful candidate will also have the following performance and personal competencies
Execution Excellence: Demonstrates strong planning, program structuring, and follow-through capabilities. Maintains a disciplined approach to managing complex service programs and field operations at scale.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Balances empathy with sound business judgment to prioritize and support client needs. Maintains a proactive and solution-oriented approach to service delivery.

Field Manager Jobs in Oklahoma: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a field manager in Oklahoma?
Most field managers in Oklahoma start with a degree in construction management, engineering, civil technology, or a closely related field, followed by several years in a hands-on field role. For construction and contracting work, holding or working toward an Oklahoma contractor license through the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board strengthens your candidacy significantly. Employers also look for documented supervisory experience, so roles like crew lead, project coordinator, or site supervisor are common stepping stones before moving into full field management.
Which companies hire field managers in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma field manager roles are posted by Uniti, U-Haul, and Accenture and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Oklahoma's energy and utility infrastructure keeps demand particularly consistent across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas.
Which Oklahoma cities have the most field manager jobs?
Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Oklahoma have the most field manager openings in Oklahoma right now. Oklahoma City and Tulsa dominate because they are home to the state's largest energy companies, utility operators, and general contractors, while smaller cities like Enid and Lawton see steady postings tied to oilfield services and military installation support contracts.
Are there remote field manager jobs in Oklahoma?
Yes, but they're rare. Field manager roles are largely site-based by nature, requiring physical oversight of crews, equipment, and job progress. About 80% of field manager openings tied to Oklahoma are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, and those tend to be administrative or regional oversight roles where scheduling, reporting, and vendor coordination can be handled off-site.
How can I get hired as a field manager in Oklahoma with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is securing a field technician, crew coordinator, or site assistant role with one of Oklahoma's large utility or energy contractors, such as those operating under OGE Energy or Quanta Services, which regularly bring on entry-level candidates. From there, moving into a crew lead or foreman position within two to three years builds the supervisory record hiring managers want. Earning an Oklahoma contractor license through the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board while working gives candidates a clear edge when field manager openings come available.
