Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Wanting to hire a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating service requests, scheduling technicians, communicating with customers and job sites, and ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist with resolving customer issues as they arise
- Review service requests and determine the materials needed for each job
- Order materials and supplies as needed
- Create shipping labels and coordinate shipment of materials to job sites
- Coordinate scheduling with technicians and service sites
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and internal team members
- Provide administrative and operational support to help ensure service requests are completed in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Dependable, responsive, and able to work well with others
- Previous service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
