Worker Bees Cleaning – Starkville, MS
Worker Bees Cleaning is looking for a dependable, organized, and confident Employee Manager / Field Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our cleaning teams.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping a busy team organized and accountable. Our Employee Manager will work closely with company leadership while taking primary responsibility for supporting, supervising, and managing our field employees.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support cleaning employees throughout the workday
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and daily performance
- Help coordinate employees and crews based on the daily schedule
- Communicate schedule changes and instructions clearly to employees
- Train and coach new and existing team members
- Conduct quality-control inspections and ensure company cleaning standards are being followed
- Address performance, attendance, and policy issues professionally
- Provide employees with feedback and corrective coaching when needed
- Make sure employees are following job notes, checklists, company procedures, and safety requirements
- Assist with new-hire trial shifts, training, and onboarding
- Document employee performance and disciplinary concerns
- Help resolve day-to-day problems in the field
- Communicate employee or client concerns to upper management when appropriate
- Occasionally assist cleaning teams in the field when necessary
- Help create a positive, professional, and accountable work environment

- Is willing to work both in the office and in the field
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Preferred Experience
Previous experience supervising hourly employees is strongly preferred.
Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, restaurants, retail management, property management, facilities, or another service-based business is a plus, but cleaning-industry experience is not required.
We are willing to teach the right person our cleaning procedures and company systems. We are primarily looking for someone who already understands how to lead people, hold employees accountable, solve problems, and keep a team moving.

Worker Bees Cleaning is a locally operated professional cleaning company serving Starkville and surrounding communities. We provide residential, commercial, rental, and specialty cleaning services.
Our company moves quickly, and every day can look a little different. We're looking for someone who enjoys that environment and wants to become an important part of our management team.
This is not a desk-only management position. Our Employee Manager should expect to regularly interact with employees in the field, inspect work, solve problems, and be actively involved in daily operations.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
