What You’ll Do
- Manage client account documentation, including new accounts, updates, and ongoing maintenance
- Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, responding to account inquiries and service requests
- Partner with Financial Advisors to coordinate client account activities and support daily operations
- Maintain accurate client records and account information using financial services platforms
Schedule
- Full-time position with compensation based on a standard 40-hour workweek
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Office-based, team environment
