We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product team responsible for the strategy and execution of our real estate leads platform—one of the most critical systems connecting high-intent homebuyers and sellers with the right real estate professionals. Sitting at the center of the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S., you will own how demand is captured, matched, and delivered, improving outcomes for both consumers and agents.
You'll unify multiple leads products into a single, scalable system that supports all lead sources—from owned sources like Compass.com to strategic partners like Redfin and Rocket Mortgage—serving more than 300,000 real estate professionals. Operating at both a strategic and technical level, you will define our lead platform strategy, deliver roadmaps, drive execution, and shape how agents experience and derive value from our platform—delivering measurable business results while maintaining a seamless and transparent experience for consumers and agents.
This role strongly prefers PM experience on large-scale real estate products.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure product investments align with partner success and company priorities
- Work alongside Product peers to deliver intuitive, transparent agent experiences that drive adoption and clearly communicate value
- Translate complex technical systems into clear, actionable strategies that can be understood across technical and non-technical audiences
- Establish clear goals, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks to measure impact and guide prioritization
- Operate as a product leader within the organization, influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Lead and grow a strong product management team that works with cross functional partners, including engineering, design, product marketing, research, and business strategy

- A manager-doer who's willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done
- Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and user research to inform strategy, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key needs, and the ability to rationalize across and resolve stakeholder differences
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment, bringing clarity to ambiguity
