Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Superintendent with a specialty in Exterior Skin - Healthcare/Commercial Construction. This role will oversee all aspects of the exterior cladding systems, facade, and envelope for healthcare and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Specialty Exterior Building Envelope, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to showcase their expertise and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including planning, design, construction, and completion.
• Manage and supervise the installation of exterior cladding systems, facade, and envelope.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all exterior skin-related construction activities align with project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulations.
• Review and approve subcontractor and vendor drawings and designs to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timeline, budget, or quality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in exterior skin - healthcare/commercial construction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction, with a focus on exterior cladding systems, facade, and envelope.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex healthcare and commercial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Specialty Exterior Building Envelope.
• Strong understanding of local and national building codes and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in Construction Management or related field will be a plus.
