ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People Operations & Administrative Specialist, you will serve as a central pillar for our workforce, driving seamless talent acquisition and fostering a positive employee experience. You will leverage your organizational expertise to manage critical HR workflows while ensuring operational excellence across our team.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee pre-employment requirements such as background checks and health screenings to ensure compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering high-quality support and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to boost morale and team connectivity.
- Administer leave requests, including FMLA and ADA protocols, with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.
- Provide administrative support to production operations, including drafting internal communications and generating performance reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Competency in business math and data analysis for reporting purposes.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- PHR, SHRM-CP, or aPHR certification.
- Prior experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or ERP platforms.
- Proven ability to resolve routine employee relations issues through policy application.
