As our organization continues rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Associate focused on Talent Acquisition to support aggressive recruitment and team-building initiatives across scientific, business development, and operational functions.
Position Summary
The HR Associate – Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in supporting full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, with a strong focus on scientific and business development hiring. This role requires someone who understands the biotechnology industry, can effectively represent Biocytogen to candidates, and has strong judgment in evaluating both technical qualifications and team culture fit.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, professional, candidate-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious hiring goals.
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume review, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Support hiring for scientific, business development, and operational positions across the organization
- Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners throughout the hiring process
- Develop understanding of Biocytogen’s business, research platforms, and scientific roles to effectively support recruiting efforts
- Maintain and update recruitment records, HR databases, and employee files
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, LinkedIn recruiting, and talent pipeline development
- Explain HR policies, procedures, and employment-related information to employees as needed
- Assist with HR administrative projects, employee activities, and other operational support as needed
Requirements
- BS/BA in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Biology or life sciences background strongly preferred
- Strong interest in biotechnology and scientific recruiting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and detail-oriented attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus
- Experience in biotech, CRO, pharmaceutical, or scientific recruiting environments is preferred
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
