The Opportunity: HR Coordinator
Your Role: As the HR Coordinator, you will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a stable environment, and comfortable with being an individual contributor.
Essential Functions:
- Provide daily support to the HR team, including the Manager, Generalists, and Administrator
- Handle daily timekeeping tasks in FactoryTrack to ensure correct job allocation
- Assists in creating and running ad hoc reports for various department requests
- Assists the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-screening calls as needed
- Is able to assist on payroll processing as needed
- Facilitates the occupational physician schedule to manager pre-employment appointments
- Maintains accurate employee files according to department folder protocols, and ensures HRIS data is correct
- Process job changes, salary adjustments, and other employee changes as needed
- Response to general support inquiries for all employees as needed, under the direction of the HR Manager
- Additional duties as needed and assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator position or similar
- Attention to detail

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $26.44 - $29.80 per hour. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational requirements.
