- Provide accurate and timely pricing updates via phone and electronic communication.
- Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives regarding orders, customer inquiries, specials, and issue resolution.
- Communicate market trends, competitive activity, and product demand insights to Sales Leadership and Product Managers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Develop targeted business plans for key products and strategic accounts.
- Follow up consistently on customer quotes, leads, and service requests.
- Optimize truck fill and order profitability based on customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on sales activity and performance.
- Contribute to the overall profitability and growth objectives of the organization.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support IWP’s Vision, advance its Mission, and uphold the Organization’s Values.
Qualifications and Experience
- Two to four years of related sales or customer service experience.
