Laughlin Insurance is seeking a licensed health insurance agent to join our established independent agency as an independent contractor.
This is a commission-only opportunity offering a flexible, self-managed schedule and hybrid work environment. Specific commission structure and terms will be discussed during the interview process.

- Follow applicable CMS, Marketplace, carrier, and agency requirements
Qualifications
- Active Oregon health insurance license
- Medicare and Marketplace experience preferred
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Ability to independently manage a flexible schedule and client workload
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working within compliance requirements
This is an independent-contractor opportunity and is not an employee position. Compensation is commission-based.
