Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided leads.
• Educate clients on life insurance products and coverage options.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Manage client relationships and follow up with prospective policyholders.
• Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system.
• Work toward individual production goals while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and participate in ongoing training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Availability

Schedules vary based on production goals and business needs.

Regular Schedules:

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

High-Production / Push Months:

• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation Structure

• 1099 independent contractor position.
• 100% commission-based compensation (no guaranteed base salary).
• Starting commission rate: 50%.
• Commission advance: 75%.
• Additional non-chargebackable bonus opportunities.
• Free leads and training provided.
• Required CRM fee: $60.
