Job Summary
As a Remote Appointment Setter for an insurance agent call project, you’ll connect with prospective business clients by phone, learn about their needs, and schedule qualified appointments for insurance agents. You’ll use outbound and warm calling, consultative selling, and customer service skills to create clear, professional conversations. This remote role is suited to someone who communicates confidently in English, adopts sales technology readily, and stays organized while managing calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and warm calls to prospective clients, explain the purpose of the call, and identify interest and fit.
- Use consultative selling and negotiation skills to address questions, communicate relevant information, and support next steps without overstating coverage.
- Schedule appointments for insurance agents, document call outcomes, and follow up as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system; use Salesforce Cloud and sales automation technologies where available.
- Your impact: Clear, well-qualified appointments help insurance agents focus on relevant client conversations and help prospects connect with an agent about their needs.
Experience
- Required: Strong English and Spanish, phone communication, client communication, and general communication skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Preferred: Inside sales, telemarketing, call center experience, B2B sales, technology sales, technical sales experience, or a background in sales and deal closing.
- Familiarity with CRM software, CRM system proficiency, Salesforce, Salesforce Cloud, sales technology adoption, and sales automation technologies is an advantage.
- Demonstrated consultative selling, negotiation, outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service skills are valued.
Pay: Up to $500.00 per day
